BUTTERCREAMS

 

We use our buttercreams to fill in between the cake layers. The word itself is a bit misleading as it doesn’t contain cream. It’s actually a wonderful concoction of whipped egg whites, butter and sugar.

Ganache is a rich, decadent mixture of chocolate and cream, similar to truffle filling.

DACQUOISE

 

Dacquoise is a meringue baked with a whole lot of nuts. Light and crunchy, it can be layered together with our cakes and buttercream.

GLAZES

 

Glazes are used to add an extra dimension to your cake and work particularly well with the classic cake flavours. They can be prepared with any liqueur or fruit juice so we’ve listed a few of the more popular flavours.
