ORDERING:

 

We prefer to have 4-6 weeks notice for all our cake orders. However, depending upon our schedule this isn’t always necessary. The more time we have, the more your cake will fulfill your wishes and reflect the theme of the occasion. We accept 3-5 cake projects per week and orders are made on a first come - first serve basis.

 

Firstly, send us an e-mail or call us with your enquiry*. Then, based on the enquiry we will set up an appointment to discuss all your options regarding cake design, flavours and budget. It’s very helpful when clients bring their ideas with them to this initial meeting: colour swatches, fabric patterns, hobbies, photographs of architecture and fashion are all sources of inspiration. No idea is too crazy, we’ll find a way to incorporate it into your design. Further appointments may be necessary as well, but this will be established during our initial consultation.

 

*We do not consider an enquiry to be an order. All orders are confirmed in writing. We do not confirm orders via the telephone, nor are we able to give exact price quotes via the telephone.

 

PRICING:

 

All of our custom cakes are made to order incorporating the finest ingredients with an eye towards detail. The final price is determined by the amount of guests, flavours and labour involved. Therefore, prices vary greatly. With the exception of our ´last minute cakes´, there is a minimum order of 200 euros and a non-refundable cash deposit of 50% is required to reserve your cake order. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the delivery date and is non-refundable.

DELIVERY:

 

Delivery- and set-up  time of your Cabaret Cake within 60 km of Sitges is free of charge. Because we adhere to a strict schedule for deliveries, we always take the most efficient route and toll charges, if applicable, are figured into the final price. Under certain circumstances we will deliver outside of the Barcelona/Tarragona area, however additional charges are then incurred.   

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders which are cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to the delivery day, deposits will be refunded in full.

Orders which are cancelled with less than 6 weeks notice, deposits will be forfeited.
